Programme delivery

From good intentions
to a supported learning journey.

Remote-first does not mean people are left on their own. Combine Maahir’s guided practice with clear programme ownership, access planning and human encouragement.

Build the programme
around the people.

Use this sequence to design a pilot. Timing, cohort size and the support mix depend on participant needs—not a universal staffing ratio.

  1. 01

    Listen & define

Identify learner goals, starting confidence, language, devices and time. Decide what useful progress would look like.

  2. 02

    Select a learning route

Choose AI foundations and relevant English, role-play, scenario and project activities. Adapt examples to the partner’s context.

  3. 03

    Agree responsibilities

Name the programme lead, facilitators, reviewers and safeguarding contacts. Agree privacy, permissions and reporting needs.

  4. 04

    Prepare access & onboarding

Test the devices and required features. Arrange cohort enrolment or codes where configured; explain how to ask for help.

  5. 05

    Support regular practice

Let learners attempt, receive feedback and try again. Use check-ins, peer support and coaching for questions that need a person.

  6. 06

    Review something tangible

Review a message, quotation, presentation, spreadsheet or project. Ask the learner to explain what they changed and why.

  7. 07

    Connect a next step

Create a realistic plan for further practice, a portfolio review, a business test or an employer conversation.

  8. 08

    Learn before expanding

Review participation gaps, output quality, resource needs and participant feedback. Improve the model before growing it.

Technology + trusted people

Coaching where it matters.
Practice that can repeat.

Roshni, exercises and role-play can support repeated attempts. A facilitator helps people get started, return to learning, resolve access barriers and bring meaningful questions.

Peer support can connect experienced learners with newer participants. Mentors review context and judgement; they do not need to repeat every explanation for every learner.

Choose remote, lab-based or blended participation. Test the actual device and connection rather than assuming every activity works offline or on every phone.

Maahir learning layer

The tools for practice

AI foundations, guided explanations, scenarios, role-play, project routes and the configured learning-progress tools.

Partner contribution

The local delivery context

Recruitment, learner relationships, suitable spaces or devices, relevant briefs and agreed facilitation.

Shared responsibility

The quality of the experience

Suitable content, access testing, human review, consent, safeguarding escalation and follow-up.

What should the first programme brief contain?

Audience and eligibility; goal; learning route; language and accessibility needs; delivery format; cohort size; facilitator capacity; device and connectivity plan; AI-usage resources; project review rubric; consent and data-sharing rules; safeguarding contacts; reporting cadence; follow-up responsibility; pilot review date.

Custom APIs, WhatsApp delivery, exports, automated reminders and specialist adaptations should be scoped and demonstrated before they become programme commitments. Do not assume every proposed integration is already enabled.

Want to use your existing classroom or lab?

Keep the institution’s teachers, subject expertise and care. Add guided AI practice and real tasks that learners can continue between sessions.

The learning tools.
The support around them.

The public NGO pages describe a connected delivery approach. Demonstrate the selected configuration with the partner before launching a cohort.

Onboarding & cohorts

Give each group a clear route

Use the configured cohort, campaign or enrolment-code options to connect participants with a selected learning route. Provide a first-task walkthrough.

Roshni & learning modes

Explain, attempt, ask, repeat

Learners can follow Classic Mode instructions or ask for AI-assisted explanations. Hints and feedback support an attempt rather than replacing the learner’s thinking.

Practice & human skills

Rehearse before a real conversation

Use scenarios, role-play, English practice and mock interviews for clarification, objections, boundaries and explaining work.

Engagement & facilitation

Notice when someone needs a person

Use available progress views, check-ins and configured reminders to identify support needs. Agree who responds and how learners can reach them.

Projects & assessment

Review more than completion

Collect permitted proof of work, review project quality and use relevant assessments. Explain any certificate criteria before participants begin.

Portfolios & opportunity

Keep the next step visible

Help learners prepare work they can show, explore relevant opportunity routes and request mentor feedback. Recruitment and placement remain separate decisions.

Based on Maahir’s public NGO programme guide and partner alignment directory. Custom reporting, integrations and programme-specific support are agreed during planning.
