An example response or starting prompt
The draft was not available at the agreed time. What blocked progress, and what can we agree now so the team can move forward?
Adapt this wording to the facts and your own voice. A polished sentence is only useful if you understand it and can respond to a follow-up.
Try, review and improve
- Write your first attempt before looking for a perfect answer. Use fictional or approved information.
- Try a related Maahir exercise or practice format. Give the context and ask for one question at a time.
- Review the result using the topic-specific checks below. Ask a coach or appropriate reviewer when needed.
- Repeat with one changed condition: less time, a clarification request or a missing piece of information. Explain how your answer changes.
