Community / Proposed collaboration

Your learning space. Maahir’s practice.

Explore a programme that combines an organization’s classroom, lab or community reach with Maahir’s AI learning and practice. Agree the people, tools and support needed before inviting a cohort.

Who this could serve: NGOs, community organizations, schools, institutes and CSR teams with facilities or local reach.

Discuss this programme

Illustrative programme design. Scope, support and costs require agreement.

Adult learners work in pairs with a facilitator in a modest community computer room.
AI-generated illustrative scene—not a photograph of verified participants.
The practical challengeA room of computers is useful only when learners have suitable activities, help when stuck and a reason to return. Equally, an online platform cannot assume every learner has a device or dependable internet.

How Maahir could teach this

Create a supported route from a first practical task to reviewed work, using an existing community space where appropriate.

01

Define the cohort and setup

Agree the audience, eligibility, task, schedule flexibility and access requirements. Check devices, connectivity, accounts and safe use before launch.

02

Orient through a useful task

Start with a simple prompt, document or source-checking exercise. Explain the difference between an AI draft and a checked answer.

03

Mix independent practice with local support

Use exercises and Roshni guidance where available, peer discussion and a local facilitator. Agree how questions are escalated and how minors are supervised.

04

Review the work and improve delivery

Compare attempts, review a work sample and ask learners which barriers remain. Adjust the support model before expanding the cohort.

Use the actual exercise brief and available support to choose the sequence. This proposed journey connects Maahir formats; it is not a claim that every step is automatically linked or that every tool response has been tested.

Illustrative practice—not a learner testimonial

One situation. A better-prepared response.

The situation

A learner can attend a shared lab but has only a phone at home. The planned task requires a larger screen and file handling.

A response to practice

“Let us identify which steps you can practice on your phone and reserve lab access for the parts needing a computer. We will test the file workflow before assigning it.”

What to review

Is the proposed learning route usable with the actual equipment and time available? Do not promise that every technical activity works equally well on a phone.

What the learner could show

  • A tested access and onboarding checklist
  • An agreed facilitator and escalation plan
  • Reviewed learner samples and a delivery review

What a partner would help enable

Space, functioning equipment, connectivity, a local coordinator and agreed safeguarding arrangements. Maahir learning access, orientation and any coaching must be scoped jointly rather than assumed unlimited.

How progress could be assessed

Track access, participation, completed attempts and reviewed outputs separately. Log connectivity or device barriers without blaming learners for infrastructure failures.

Set a baseline and agreed review criteria before starting. Keep registrations, participation, skill evidence and longer-term outcomes separate. Report dates, cohort size and limitations, and use aggregate information by default.

SDG alignment: a planning reference

Thematic alignment does not establish measured SDG impact, certification or UN endorsement.

Can a partner use an existing lab instead of building a new centre?

That is a possible model. First confirm the task, devices, connectivity, local facilitation, safety and responsibilities. A small pilot can reveal whether the space and support are suitable.

Important boundaries

This is a proposed delivery model, not a claim of an existing lab partnership. Local premises, staffing, external tools and equipment have costs even when learner platform access is free.

Learner access is 100% free. Devices, connectivity, external tools and agreed programme delivery may involve costs. Confirm eligibility, availability and support in the actual programme.
