Progress / Evidence / SDG alignment

You have activity data.
What is it telling you?

Use the learning record to ask better programme questions: who is being reached, who needs support, what work is improving and what happens next. Keep learning evidence separate from long-term impact claims.

into a useful response.

This is a sample reporting framework, not live Maahir cohort data. Available fields and exports must be agreed for the programme.

Access

Enrolled but not yet started

Check device access, onboarding and language before assuming lack of interest.

Engagement

Practice has become irregular

Ask what changed. Offer a manageable next task and an appropriate human check-in.

Capability

A revised work sample is ready

Compare it with the first attempt using a clear rubric. Ask the learner to explain their decisions.

Confidence

A learner volunteers to present

Record the learner’s own reflection and observe a practical communication task—not a clinical score.

Opportunity

A learner reports an interview or customer test

Follow up with consent. Record what occurred, the source of evidence and what support comes next.

Programme quality

One group is participating less

Investigate barriers with participants. Review accessibility, scheduling, content and facilitation.

Three layers of evidence

Participation is a start.
Capability is the next question.

Use a consistent review method and explain what your figures do—and do not—mean.

01 · Participation

Access and continuity

Enrolment, starts, activity, completion and support needs. Define the reporting period and denominator.

02 · Learning

Work a person can explain

Before-and-after attempts, assessed projects, communication rehearsal and learner reflections. Use human review where it matters.

03 · Follow-up

What changed beyond the platform

Applications, interviews, supervised experience or business tests. Verify outcomes separately; do not infer jobs or income from completion.

Connect evidence with the purpose.

AI learning and teacher development can support SDG 4. Women’s agency connects with SDG 5; work readiness with SDG 8; inclusive access with SDG 10; collaboration with SDG 17. Select indicators that fit the actual programme and avoid implying UN endorsement.

Responsible reporting and learner stories

Collect only necessary information, explain its use and agree access and retention. Use aggregated reporting where possible. Do not expose personal conversations or sensitive learner information in a public dashboard. Obtain separate permission for stories, images and project publication, including appropriate guardian permission for minors.

Label illustrative scenarios clearly. Publish real testimonials and outcome numbers only when consent and supporting evidence are available.
