Learning needs
clear boundaries and human care.

Five policies. Clear ways to get help.

Read the policy guides here and use the linked published policies for the full wording. Summaries checked against Maahir’s policy pages on 6 October 2026; the source pages display version 1.0 dated 4 July 2026.

1Child safety

Age-appropriate content, guardian involvement and reporting.

The published policy describes age-based content controls, guardian progress access, moderation and escalation to a human reviewer. Children and teenagers should know how to ask a trusted adult for help.

Parents can ask about progress access or account suspension. Report a concern through the platform or contact [email protected].

2Anti-harassment

Respect, confidential reports and protection against retaliation.

The published policy covers unwanted sexual conduct, abusive messages, bullying, discrimination and retaliation. It describes an inquiry process, account protections and consequences for confirmed misconduct.

Use the Report button, the incident-report route or [email protected]. Share the relevant context through the reporting channel, rather than publishing another person’s private information.

3Data privacy

Understand information use and your account choices.

The policy describes account, learning and activity information, optional fields, retention periods and role-based access. It states that data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Request access, corrections, deletion or other account-data support through [email protected]. Consult the published policy for retention details and the current process.

4Acceptable use

Learn, collaborate and submit honest work.

The policy welcomes respectful learning and project sharing. It prohibits fabricated proof, impersonation, harassment, privacy violations, spam and attempts to disrupt the platform. Moderation decisions can be appealed.

Use the reporting tools for violations. The policy provides [email protected] for moderation appeals and asks users to include their case number.

5AI ethics

Use AI openly, check its output and own your work.

The policy covers transparency about AI assistance, human review of important evaluations, learner appeals and academic integrity. A flagged submission should prompt a conversation rather than an automatic penalty.

Explain which tool helped, for what purpose, and what you checked. Keep drafts and reasoning so you can discuss your contribution. Follow any exercise-specific limits on AI use.

The full published policies remain the authoritative wording. This guide does not operate incident reporting or display live safety-case counts.

Children and vulnerable learners

Use appropriate age controls, guardian consent and reviewed activities. Human safeguarding remains essential. AI monitoring, alerts or suggested support cannot be assumed to detect or resolve every risk.

Do not publish a child’s story, disability or personal information without appropriate informed consent and safeguarding review.

Workplace respect and reporting

Practice setting a professional boundary, documenting concerns appropriately and identifying a trusted escalation route. The platform provides reporting and anti-harassment policy information; check the current procedure on the source site.

A role-play can build preparedness but does not ensure physical safety or replace qualified legal or safeguarding support.

Privacy and appropriate data

Use fictional, public or expressly approved information for learning. Avoid submitting confidential workplace files, patient records, case material, passwords or identifiers to an AI tool without proper authorisation and a suitable data-handling agreement.

This local marketing website does not collect registrations or replicate learner records. Register and manage account privacy through the actual platform.

Responsible AI and honest evidence

Check facts, calculations, source claims and system behaviour. Explain where AI helped and what you reviewed. Follow the rules of your employer, institution or assessment.

Do not use reflective assessments, zodiac profiles, points or AI scores as automated decisions about someone’s suitability for employment, education or care.

Get the current policy and support route

Use the platform’s report and support functions for learning-related issues. For an urgent safety or health concern, seek appropriate local human or emergency support instead of relying on an AI conversation.

Girls’ online safety

How can a young person practice responding to unsafe online requests?

Use fictional scenarios with an appropriate trusted adult. Safety learning should support recognising pressure, protecting privacy and seeking help—not place responsibility for abuse on the learner.
